Dr. Marc Perdomo

OWNER, PT, DPT, OCS, AVPT

Dr. Perdomo received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Rutgers College in 2006 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey: School of Health Related Professions in 2010, which is currently known as Rutgers School of Health Related Professions.
He later began his ownership position at Responsive Physical Therapy in Toms River and is passionate about providing exceptional care and quality patient experiences. He feels strongly about the importance of providing accessible care to the local communities where he lives and works by providing in-network services, as well as providing attentive one-on-one care.
During his education, Marc received class awards for clinical and research work. Dr. Perdomo's professional career started in orthopedic clinical work in private practice and outpatient hospital settings.
He became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2014. Dr. Perdomo also completed his Certification as an Advanced Vestibular Physical Therapist through the University of Pittsburgh as part of their 2023-2024 cohort. Dr. Perdomo is dedicated to always advancing his clinical education and staying current with evidence-based physical therapy practice.
Dr. Perdomo specializes in Orthopedics and Vestibular therapy. He also has advanced training in Runner’s Injuries, Concussion Management, Manual Therapy, and Chronic Pain.
In his free time, Marc enjoys spending time with his dog Darby, working out, and visiting the beach. Marc enjoys most sports, but has a passion for soccer, and was an avid player growing up.

Dr. Erin Leahy Pirl

CO-OWNER, PT, DPT

Dr. Leahy Pirl's journey into the world of rehabilitation began early. During high school, at Rumson-Fair Haven Regional, she sustained two ACL injuries while playing basketball and underwent a lengthy rehabilitation period.
She went on to college at Wake Forest University and majored in French and Economics knowing that someday she would want to run her own business. After a brief tenure with Merrill Lynch, she realized her passion for helping people heal and graduated from Sargent College at Boston University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Dr. Pirl specializes in neurorehabilitation, neurodevelopment, orthopedics, geriatrics and pediatrics. She has worked in multiple settings over the past 14 years, including Children's Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick on the Brain Injury Team, Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, FYZICAL Therapy, Balance Center in Little Silver, and Meridian Subacute Rehab at Wall.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband Christian and two kids, Abigail and Buddy. She takes pleasure in sharing time with her twin nieces, family and friends. She is an avid beach goer and sports fan. She especially loves basketball, swimming and camping.

Dr. Sean Coll

PT, DPT, OCS, AVPT

Dr. Coll received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University in 2007. He continued his education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Currently known as Rutgers School of Health Related Professions) where he received his clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010. In 2014, he became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
Dr. Coll has been certified through University of Pittsburgh as an Advanced Vestibular Physical Therapist His initial interest in physical therapy arose from personal experience as a patient. Active in sports during high school, he sustained various injuries that required rehabilitation. This personal experience fostered an interest and passion for the rehabilitation process.
Clinically, he has worked extensively in the outpatient orthopedic setting with additional experience working in sub-acute rehabilitation and home care. Dr. Coll specializes in treating orthopedic conditions, vestibular conditions and post-concussion management.
When not working, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife Cristina and two pet dogs. In his leisure time, he can be found fishing, biking, exercising, playing golf, and watching a lot of sports.

Dr. Christine Daly


PT, DPT

Dr. Daly received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2018 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021 from Stockton University. Actively engaging in both academics and sports, she contributed as a member of Stockton's cross country and track and field teams.
During her postgraduate studies, Dr. Daly delved into research focusing on the advantages of mindful movement therapies like tai chi and yoga for treating Fibromyalgia. Her hands-on experience included clinical rotations at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Body In Balance, the Parkinson's Life Center of Southern New Jersey.
Embarking on her professional journey, Dr. Daly initiated her career in outpatient orthopedics, showcasing her versatility within the field. Subsequently, in 2023, she became a valuable member of the Physical Therapy Works and Responsive Physical Therapy team, continuing her commitment to patient care and professional excellence. She has treated a wide range of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and is Lee Silvermann Voice Treatment-BIG therapy (LSVT-BIG) certified to treat Parkinson's disease patients.
In her free time, she continues to have an active lifestyle, enjoying hiking/camping, skiing, traveling, and running.

Laurie Boenning

PT, MA

Laurie has dedicated her career to outpatient orthopedics. She is a credentialed clinical instructor and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Union County College, and Long Island University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Sports Physical Therapy section of the APTA. Laurie has extensive advanced clinical education in manual physical therapy and sports training. She enjoys an active lifestyle including coaching soccer, surfing, weight training, and running.
Laurie has dedicated her career to outpatient orthopedics. She is a credentialed clinical instructor and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Union County College, and Long Island University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Sports Physical Therapy section of the APTA. Laurie has extensive advanced clinical education in manual physical therapy and sports training. She enjoys an active lifestyle including coaching soccer, surfing, weight training, and running.
Laurie is happy to serve the greater Point Pleasant community and aspires to help everyone build a better body. She assists her patients by adding exercise to their daily routine and encouraging maintenance of a healthy lifestyle.

Christian Conferido

PTA

Christian Conferido is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Physical Therapy Works, LLC. Christian was raised in New Jersey and is a graduate of Brick Memorial High School. He attended Mercer Community College PTA Program where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences.
Christian has advanced clinical education in joint replacement post-op rehabilitation and McKenzie training. Christian has four years of experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant. His work history includes both in and outpatient rehabilitation expertise.
Christian’s interests include snowboarding, weight lifting and golf.
